These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you, the user ("Player", "you", or "your"), and JRCasino (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at jrcasino.cam. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all products, services, features, and content made available through the JRCasino website and any associated mobile applications.

By registering an account, depositing funds, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing any part of the JRCasino platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions set forth herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using JRCasino and not register or maintain an account on the Platform.

JRCasino is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and responsible online gaming environment for players aged 21 and above. These Terms have been drafted to clearly set out the rights and obligations of both players and the Platform, covering all aspects from account registration and financial transactions to bonus rules, dispute resolution, and responsible gambling obligations.

In this Agreement, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on JRCasino, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. JRCasino strictly prohibits access to or use of its Platform by persons under 21 years old. Age verification documents will be required as part of KYC procedures.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated or whose access to gambling services has been restricted by a court or competent authority are not eligible.
3. One Account Per Person: Each individual natural person may hold only one registered Account on JRCasino. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
4. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a voluntary gambling restriction that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.
6. Not a JRCasino Employee: Current employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of JRCasino and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in promotions.

Account registration on JRCasino is free of charge and open to eligible individuals. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with international anti-money laundering standards and our licensing obligations, JRCasino requires all Players to complete KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed. KYC may also be triggered by unusual account activity or when deposits exceed applicable thresholds. Required KYC documents typically include:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the registered FPX or e-wallet account);

JRCasino reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access and place accounts under review pending receipt and verification of KYC documents. All documents are processed in strict confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. JRCasino will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify JRCasino's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5.1 Deposits

JRCasino accepts deposits via the following payment channels available in Malaysia: DuitNow instant transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) via all participating Malaysian banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by JRCasino's finance team and are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval for verified accounts using DuitNow, FPX, or e-wallet channels. All of the following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• The Account must have completed KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in the Account;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must have been fully satisfied;
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder;
• The Account must be in good standing with no active compliance review or dispute.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. JRCasino reserves the right to impose a reasonable processing period not exceeding 48 hours for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals pending compliance review. Players may be asked to provide additional verification for large withdrawals at JRCasino's reasonable discretion.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency accounts. Currency conversion fees, if any, are displayed to the Player prior to transaction confirmation.

JRCasino offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) specifying the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered in eligible games before any winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) is stated in the specific promotion terms. As an example, a RM100 bonus with a X15 wagering requirement requires the Player to place a cumulative total of RM1,500 in eligible bets before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

6.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. The following contribution rates generally apply, though specific promotions may specify different rates:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette): 10%–20% contribution
• Sports betting: Contribution rates vary by promotion; typically 50%–100% on pre-match bets meeting minimum odds thresholds
• Progressive jackpot games: 0% contribution unless explicitly stated

6.3 Maximum Bet Restriction

While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum stake per bet or spin is capped at RM250 (or currency equivalent), unless the specific promotion terms set a different limit. Placing bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings, at JRCasino's sole discretion.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses have an expiry window within which the wagering requirement must be satisfied. The applicable expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit) is stated in each promotion. Upon expiry, any unconverted bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Account automatically.

6.5 Bonus Abuse & Integrity

JRCasino reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close Accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated account activity between Players, or any other conduct that JRCasino determines to be contrary to the spirit of its promotional offering.

7.1 All casino games offered on JRCasino utilise independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure that all outcomes are entirely random and unpredictable. JRCasino does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

7.2 Sports betting odds are compiled by JRCasino's trading team and are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement and settlement. JRCasino reserves the right to restrict the maximum stake on any selection at its reasonable discretion. Odds for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and all other listed markets are indicative and subject to market movement.

7.3 In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet placement, JRCasino will endeavour to reconstruct the outcome using available server records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected transaction may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.

7.4 JRCasino does not accept liability for any interruptions to internet connectivity on the Player's side that affect the outcome or recording of a game or bet. Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay.

7.5 The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-term averages. Actual returns during any individual session may vary significantly above or below the published RTP.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JRCasino Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud JRCasino or other players through false identity, manipulated payment documentation, or any other fraudulent means;
• Multi-accounting: Registration or operation of more than one Account by any single individual, whether under the same or different names;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker;
• Automated tools: Use of bots, scripts, macros, automated betting software, or any third-party software designed to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberate exploitation of software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank, e-wallet, or card provider after funds have been deposited and used for wagering;
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process or conceal proceeds of crime or to conduct transactions intended to circumvent anti-money laundering regulations.

JRCasino is committed to preventing the Platform from being used as a vehicle for money laundering or terrorist financing. All Accounts and transactions are subject to monitoring for suspicious activity in accordance with applicable AML obligations under our international licensing framework.

JRCasino reserves the right to freeze an Account, delay or reverse a withdrawal, or close an Account entirely where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that funds deposited are of illicit origin or that the Account is being used to process transactions for purposes other than legitimate personal gambling. In such circumstances, JRCasino may report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the Player.

Players must ensure that all funds deposited into their JRCasino Account originate from legitimate, verifiable sources — including salary income, savings, or other lawful revenue. JRCasino may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns.

JRCasino is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and player welfare. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, all of which are accessible directly from within every Player Account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending;
• Loss Limits: Players may restrict the maximum amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations with automatic logout;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net wins/losses;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.

All such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit the copying, reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without JRCasino's prior written consent.

12.1 JRCasino provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.

12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JRCasino shall not be liable to any Player for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or gaming winnings arising from Platform downtime; loss of data; or any failure caused by events outside JRCasino's reasonable control (force majeure), including telecommunications failures, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

12.3 JRCasino's aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits JRCasino's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

13.1 Voluntary Closure: A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting JRCasino's support team via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13.2 Suspension by JRCasino: JRCasino reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe the Account is: involved in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity; subject to a dispute or compliance review; or where the Account holder's continued access to the Platform would violate applicable regulations.

13.3 Termination for Breach: JRCasino may permanently terminate an Account and forfeit the Account balance — including real-money funds — where the Account holder has materially breached this Agreement, including violations of the prohibited conduct provisions set out in Section 8. Any termination for breach will be accompanied by a written explanation delivered to the Player's registered email address.

13.4 Effect of Termination: Upon Account termination, the Player's licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Obligations and rights that by their nature survive termination — including dispute resolution, intellectual property rights, and limitations of liability — shall continue to apply following Account closure.

JRCasino is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, bonus, or any other aspect of your Account, please follow the procedure below:

1. First Contact: Submit your complaint in writing to JRCasino's customer support team via live chat or by email to the support address listed on the Platform. Provide your Account username, the date and nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence.
2. Acknowledgement: JRCasino will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours of submission.
3. Resolution: JRCasino will investigate and issue a written decision within 14 business days of receiving a complete complaint. Complex disputes involving third-party payment providers may require additional time.
4. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with JRCasino's decision, you may escalate the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body under our licensing jurisdiction. Details of the escalation process will be provided in JRCasino's written decision.

JRCasino's records of all transactions, game logs, and player communications will be treated as definitive evidence in the event of any dispute, except in cases of clear and demonstrable error. Server-side records take precedence over any client-side data.

JRCasino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time, at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, JRCasino will notify registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform website, at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date and contact support to arrange the return of any remaining balance.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which JRCasino holds its international online gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement that are not resolved through JRCasino's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent JRCasino from seeking emergency injunctive or other urgent relief in any jurisdiction where it has legitimate grounds to do so.
